The William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA Offers a variety of Water Aerobics Classes in order to meet the needs of many levels of fitness. Classes are free to members.

NEW CLASS: DEEP AQUASIZE COMBO- 60 MINUTES

IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS- UTILIZING DEEP WATER TO AVOID IMPACT TO THE JOINTS- GENERAL EXERCISES TO IMPROVE CARDIO CONDITIONING, MUSCLE STRENGTH AND FLEXABILITY
