Child Care Hours

The Central Family YMCA offers friendly and convenient solutions for parents needing time to accomplish their fitness goals. We provide a supervised, safe, caring and fun environment for children in two separate rooms (please note that there is a 2 hour limit):

The Adventure Room

(ages 3 years - 12 years)

Children must be toilet trained to use the Adventure Room.

The Explorer and Adventure Rooms cannot accept sick children. For your children's safety and for quality care, we ask for each parent to honor the maximum capacities and staff/child ratios that are posted for each room.

The hours for the Explorer and Adventure Rooms are as follows:

Morning Hours

Monday - Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening Hours

Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
