Groovy Smoothies, the best smoothie shop in town, carries a wide variety of fruit smoothies including high protein, low carb, and non-dairy options, vitamin supplements, coffee, bagels, hot chocolate, energy bars, Powerade, juice drinks, seasonal items and more! Groovy Smoothies is independently owned and operated.

Fall/Winter/Spring Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 9:00pm

Friday: 7:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 1:30pm - 5:00pm

Summer Hours (Memorial – Labor Day):

Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday: Closed

Massage Services (Central Family YMCA Members Only):

Massage promotes relaxation, soothes sore muscles and helps in the recovery from injuries.

Shoe Care Services by Ben Gray:

Ben Gray has provided extraordinary Ladies and Men's shoe care service at the Central Family YMCA since 1992.  The Shoe Care Center is located at the Adult Entrance and offers shoe, boot, suede and specialty shoe shines as well as repair services.

Fees:  $5.00 for standard shoe shines (additional fees apply for boot, suede, specialty and repair services)
