
Coach ApproachCoach Approach is a brand new program at the Central Family YMCA. Designed for those of us who are not regular exercisers, Coach Approach training offers regular monitoring of your progress by YMCA certified staff. The initial training will focus on large muscle groupings and individually tailored cardiovascular exercise to achieve maximum benefit while avoiding the challenge of dealing with full circuit training. As you progress, trainers will recommend modifications to your workout plan in response to your transition to more regular exercise. This program offers a much closer monitoring of your progress than has been previously available to ensure increased success of your desire to become fit.
