Group Exercise Classes


The goal of our group exercise program is to provide you with a safe, well-balanced and fun workout. We offer a variety of classes that focus on cardiovascular, strength, flexibility training and mind/body coordination.

Remember you can enter your workouts into FitLinxx.  Its Simple! 

1. Click on the Manually Log CV Workout tab.

2. Click on the Other Cardio Activities tab.

3. Choose either Aerobic Exercise, Aerobic Dancing, Body Pump, Boxing/Kickboxing, Pilates, Step Aerobics, Tae Bo, or Yoga. (Depending on the type of class)

4. Enter in Time and Intensity then click the Done tab.

5. Save and exit the system.

 

Thats it! Your entry will automatically show up under the Manually Log CV Workout section next time you log in a workout.  Remember you can also enter in your workout at home through www.filinxx.com

 

 

Group Cycling Classes

Group Cycling Classes

Group Cycle – Group cycle is a 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute individually paced cardiovascular exercise class guided by an instructor. Class format includes warm-up, basic cycle movements, conditioning and cool-down. Motivation and great music are provided to ensure a fun and effective workout for members of all fitness levels.
