PACES (Program for Active Children Eating Smarter)

The PACES (Program for Active Children Eating Smarter) program is a free, 12-week after-school program where young people will learn about nutrition and engage in exercising and fun activities.

 

Youth Strength Training
We offer strength training classes for youth  ages of 8-15. Once teens are Level 1 certified, they are able to use the fitness center and cardiovascular equipment, but are not able to use the free weights. At age 14 and Level 1 certified, teens have the option to be Level 2 certified to use the free weight equipment at the successful completion of training. Level 1 training consists of 4 sessions and Level 2 training consists of 2 sessions.

Cost: $25
